Description: Patrolman Wiggins and several deputies were preparing for a traffic watch on the local interstate. To prepare for the watch, Patrolman Wiggins arrived at the station to hook up the Smart Trailer that was used to catch traffic violators. Patrolman Wiggins had a heart attack while pulling the trailer to the ball hitch on his patrol unit. Fellow officers found his body later after he failed to arrive at the interstate location. He was transported to a local hospital where he died the next morning.
