Description: Sergeant Williams stopped two suspects on minor traffic violation. After speaking to the driver, Sergeant Williams suspected drug usage or drug trafficking and called for back-up. When back-up arrived they found Sergeant Williams beaten severely and experiencing chest pains. Sergeant Williams was transported to a local hospital where he died of a heart attack.
