Description: Police Officer Wilhelm was shot while attempting to serve a warrant to a suspect for breach of the peace. Officer Wilhelm and two other officers went to the residence and read the warrant to the suspect. As they attempted to take the suspect into custody, the suspect pulled a handgun and shot Officer Wilhelm in the chest. Officer Wilhelm was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his wounds.
