Description: Officer Wilkins was working undercover in a local neighborhood. He had pursued a suspect on foot for car-theft and was attempting to place handcuffs on him. Two other rookie officers arrived on the scene and mistook Officer Wilkins for the suspect. Officer Wilkins was shot and killed by his fellow officers. Friendly Fire.
