Description: Deputy Walters was on patrol when he lost control of his department vehicle and struck another car. While traveling on rain-slicked Hwy-16, Deputy Walters lost control of his department vehicle and traveled into the oncoming lane of traffic. The two people in the other car were also killed in this accident.
