Description: Deputy Sheriff Walker was shot as he attempted to arrest two robbery suspects. One of the suspects produced a gun and shot Deputy Walker in the back. Deputy Walker was transported to the hospital where he died of his injuries a week later. The suspect was convicted of murder and executed by hanging.
