Description: Patrolman Young responded to an emergency call where paramedics were attempting to restrain a suspect who broke free and took off running. Patrolman Young pursued the suspect and tackled him in the snow. Patrolman Young restrained the suspect and put on the handcuffs. After the suspect was in the ambulance, Patrolman Young collapsed and was transported to a local hospital where he died of a fatal heart attack.
