Description: Senior Agent Youngberg was killed in an automobile crash after he and four other agents were en route to their command center in Amarillo, Texas after attending a training in Fort Chaffee, Arkansas. Their department van collided with a dump truck that attempted to turn across the center median. Agent Youngberg was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The other agents were transported to the hospital as well with non fatal injuries.
