Description: Constable Ziegler was responding to a medical emergency involving an eleven year-old-child. While en route, his patrol unit collided with another patrol car responding to the same call. Constable Ziegler was ejected from his cruiser and died at the scene. Assistant Chief Lands was not injured seriously. Friendly action.
